About the Position: As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting parts at all stages of production for various work centers, including first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Creating and completing inspection reports when necessary.
  • Calibrating all shop tools and gages and maintaining the Calibration List.
  • Performing other duties as required, which may include deburring, light assembly, and some secondary machine work.
  • Utilizing computer literacy and ERP system data entry.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using various measuring instruments, such as micrometers, depth gages, calipers, etc.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of CAD software to analyze part files for "missing" dimensions is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills, enabling you to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
